EACRA response to ESMA on Supervisory Fee

Please find attached the response of our association to ESMA's Consultancy on CRA Supervisory Fee's.

JCR Eurasia upgrades Şeker Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. rating to BBB+

JCR Eurasia Rating has upgraded the credit ratings of “Şeker Finansal Kiralama A.Ş.” from „BBB (Trk)‟ to „BBB+ (Trk)‟ on the Long Term National Scale and from „A-3 (Trk) to „A-2 (Trk) on the Short Term National Scale with an affirmed „Stable‟ outlook. JCR Eurasia has affirmed the Long Term International Foreign Currency and Long Term International Local Currency ratings as „BB‟. Other notes and details of the ratings are given in the table below:

CESR issues guidance on assessment of rating methodologies

In accordance with art. 8.3 (related to methodologies and back testing) and art. 21.3(b) of the EU Regulation on Credit Rating Agencies, the Committee of European Securities Regulators provided final Guidance on "common standards for assessment of compliance of credit rating methodologies with the requirements set out in Article 8(3)". CESR issues final Guidance on Registration Process

The Committee of European Securities Regulators today issued a Guidance document on a number of important aspects concerning the EU Regulation, including the Registration Process and the information to be provided by CRAs to Regulatory Supervisors.
